Our Commitment to Protecting Children: CSAE Policy

At Tiranga Foundation of India, we are committed to creating a safe and secure online environment for all users, especially children. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and take proactive measures to detect, prevent, and report any such content or activities.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit:

Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
The exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of minors in any way.
The grooming, solicitation, or coercion of minors for inappropriate content or interactions.
Any user found engaging in such activities will be permanently banned, and their information may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

2. Reporting and Moderation
We actively monitor and remove any CSAE content using automated detection tools and manual moderation.
Users can report any suspected CSAE content through our in-app reporting system or by emailing info@tiranga.foundation.
All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate actions are taken, including reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies and organizations like the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

We employ:

AI-powered detection tools to identify and flag harmful content.
